- NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED - NO EXCEPTIONS! THEY ARE PROMPTLY RETURNED. US Postal money order are the only type of money orders accepted for Entry Fees - All other money orders are returned. Visa, Mastercard & Discover are accepted only via Paypal.
- All delegates must be on time for and attend all rehearsals and events.
- Any delegate who is caught defaming the pageant before or during the competition will be automatically disqualified.
- If selected as a state winner, applicant agrees to participate in the 2008 All American National Finals.
- Refunds will not be given.
- Delegates will not hold the pageant or pageant location liable for any illness or injury incurred while attending the pageant or during her reign.
- Any attempts to communicate with any or all of the judges before or during the pageant will result in immediate disqualification. The judge's decisions are final.
- Any woman wishing to compete who has knowledge of a past present participation in any nude event, press or public event or activity that may infringe on the moral responsibility of her title will not be accepted at any level. Failure to disclose this information will result in automatic disqualification and/or relinquishment of your title.
- If selected as an All American Queen, you will be required to sign a contract stating that you will make appearances throughout your year Ten (10) total. You will also be required to send thank you notes to pageant judges, sponsors, etc.
- It is required by the All American Pageant that all State Delegates stay at the Pageant Hotel.
